Your Role
We do the matching. You do what you already do best — represent the client with care.
Respond promptly to introductions and schedule the initial consultation within 48 hours.
Deliver your normal high standard of service, with periodic status updates back to RealtorReferral.ca.
Ensure the referral commission is paid through iCloud Realty Ltd on closing, as per the signed OREA Referral Agreement.
Referrals are documented using a standard Referral Agreement signed by the client, the referring brokerage (iCloud Realty Ltd), and the receiving brokerage. The referral fee is payable from the receiving brokerage's commission on closing.
